empowered by knowledge
RideLab is the workshop for ambitious coaches and riders, that are hungry for growth and knowledge.
“My dream is that we all start sharing, and stop gatekeeping”
“As a human being I’ve always been very much in tune with my intuition. I’m not really about the ‘maybe’, ‘should I’ or ‘perhaps’. I always know for sure when to proceed because everything inside me rises up and screams ‘yes!’. This intuition, or gut feeling, didn’t make my life easier, because I was always searching for that ‘yes!’ with everything I did and didn’t find it immediately.
Until I found indoor cycling. I remember taking my first cycling class, sucked at it, but I was immediately hooked on the feeling it gave me. It’s a feeling that’s almost indescribable because it’s something you have to experience to understand. The combination of loud music, sharing energy with the people in the room and pushing your mental and physical boundaries, gives a feeling of being part of something bigger.
I always love to gain knowledge and am very eager to learn new things constantly, guided by my inner self. Evolving in every way possible and sharing this experience with others became a passion of mine. Now after almost 8 year in the role of cycling coach, where knowledge meets my unstoppable enthusiasm, this passion came fully to fruition.
WHO AM I

WHY
With over 8 years in the indoor cycling industry, I’m passionate about sharing the knowledge I've gained to help others grow.
I believe that true growth comes from sharing, not withholding, our expertise. By sharing what we know, we not only improve ourselves but also inspire and uplift others.
My purpose is to learn, teach, and break down barriers in our industry, fostering a culture of collaboration and self-improvement. This culture will come to life during these events and workshops.
All the knowledge in the world is useless, unless you act.

RideLab is founded by Daphne Spins and organizes workshops and events dedicated to sharing knowledge within the indoor cycling industry.
-
For every workshop I mention for whom it's for and the basic level needed. However, I believe that there is always something to learn from coming together with likeminded people from the industry. Know that I will always create a safe space that respects every level. Be coachable and have a growth mindset.
